Well from the looks of things Crystal didn't have much to worry about in that department. She fit the 'female abs six pack - women working out' category to a tee.
There wasn't an ounce of fat on her. You might say she wore her bikini well.

Crystal asked no on in particular, "Okay but why do stability ball or excercise ball exercises? Answer's simple yet surprising. You might well get better looking abs faster by working out with a exercise ball."
"Truth be told, I've found when you do ordinary crunches there's a chance you'll cheat. You know fool yourself into thinking you are working hard? When actually you are not."
"You see," she continued, "when doing crunches on the floor, form doesn't matter as much. Slip into bad form and all you do is avoid working the abdominals you need to work hard in order to best develop tight abs."
"Yet it's a whole 'nother story attempting core muscle exercises on a stability ball," Doskotch said. "You really have to focus on form. Get the least bit sloppy with excercise ball excercises and you will lose your balance. That's you falling off the ball. Splat."
"For sure, like me, you may hate this need to focus thing. But trust me you will love the end results," she said gesturing to her abs. "Are these abs to die for or what? See what I mean? Easily the best abs (male or female) around."
"Besides working out on a stability ball lets you can go after that female six pack with a minimal number of reps too."
