Thanks in part to stability ball excercises, Brandi can now say she is in shape.

In addition to her stability ball ab workout, she spends at least 30 minutes doing cardio three times a week.

As a result Brandi is happily under her ideal body fat percentage. Which also means clingy or revealing summer dresses are on tap come June.

In fact the Army Physical Fitness Research Institute did a study. It showed crunches or other abs workouts on a stability ball gave better results than the same routine done on a mat. (See chart below.)

Abdominals training on an exercise ball requires better balance. The muscles have to work harder. Calling for more torso muscle power.

Power? That's right. As Brandi will readily admit, we're not talking effort free exercise ball workouts by any means.

Any benefits of stability ball exercises results form working out in more than one planes of movement. Unlike one plane of movement as when on the floor this makes for great exercises to get rid of belly flab.

That's right. This is so beneficial because you're working your core muscles and asking them to maintain your balance on the ball at the same time.
