Best Aerobic Exercise To Lose Belly Fat

Elise Richmond embodies the plight of many looking to lose weight. A cheerleader in high school, child birth did her body few favors. To make matters worse without warning she saw she was getting a very fat belly. At least by her standards. And she's looking to remedy that.

Luckily contrary to any protesting Elise may do, she is within shouting distance of her ideal body fat percentage. So it's not like she has to go crazy with any fat burning ab exercises or anything.
