In Search of the Best Thigh Exercises
Excercise for Toning Thighs
Elizabeth Ryan, clicked her cell phone shut. The former flight attendant had been chatting with one of her former co workers, Terri, looking for a good thigh exercise or two. "Terri seemed to be always working out so I knew she'd know some effective front thigh exercises for women."
|
"I had just been wondering how do I slim down my thighs. You know a bit of a pre-summer slim down?"
"Hey! It's not like I've got thunder thighs or anything. But I felt a bit of toning doing some of the best thigh exercises Terri could suggest wouldn't hurt," Beth added.
"Terri gave me an excellent pointer," Ryan remarked. "She said you must really work the muscles at the back of your legs to see results."
"She also said that it's like an unwritten rule that fat tends to settle on our inner and outer thighs. The good news is it doesn't have to stay there."

Here's an upper thigh workout that's deceptively effective.
Bunny Hop
• Put a piece of masking tape on the floor.
• Stand just to the left of the tape.
• Bend your knees slightly
• Hop from side to side keeping your knees bent
Sounds simple enough. But 20-30 reps will really work out your thighs and calves.
You'll need a five pound dumb bell to do the
Glute lifter
• Get on your hands and knees
• Position the dumbbell in your bent left knee.
• Lift your left leg six inches
Once you've worked your left leg with 10 reps switch legs and repeat.
These are two of the best thigh exercises. Which should be helpful if you were looking for ways to tone your thighs.
