What she learned is jumping rope a good cardio workout that can be made all the better by varying the intensity.
In essence she incorporated 'inverval training' into her jumping rope exercises. Which means she went all out to elevate her heart rate for several minutes. Then followed that with a slower pace to recover. With another all out effort.
This way the total calorie burn was greater, even if a higher percent of the fuel was from sources other than fat.
So if you're in search of the best way to lose stomach fat, an aerobic element might not be what you're expecting. But it might be what you need.
