"First," she continued, "I found out that walking is great for anyone's starting exercise routine. In fact a brisk walk can form the foundation of any fat burning program."

"Talk about your effective, yet free fat burning workouts!" Maloof gushed. "Walking is a solid calorie and fat burner that by itself can keep you fit. As long as you go at it at a pace that's brisk enough."

"I walk at a pace that let's me comfortably keep going for a fairly long time. At least 30 or 45 minutes."

"Then to compliment this I've got a fairly intense skipping rope workout. I find it useful to keep the fat burn up. My workout is short. 15-20 minutes. But like I said intense. So the calories are burned fairly quickly. In fact jumping rope is comparable to running when it comes to the calorie burn."

Nothing fancy here for Caroline when compared to some cardiovascular workout regimes, right? But she still chalks up the typical aerobic training benefits none-the-less. She's fit. Has a stronger heart and less fat.
