For one you can't open a fashion magazine without seeing ads featuring cellulite creams. Stop by any national chain store pharmacy and you can't help but notice the beauty aisle has it's fair share of cellulite treatments. With all this exposure you'd think there would be some certainty as to how well they work. |
Sadly no. Effectiveness really depends on who you ask do cellulite cream work.
What Cream Users Say
Hard core cream users have usually sampled most products on the market until they found one that worked best for them. And then they use it daily. Often applying it in the morning and at night.
So you can expect their cellulite cream reviews to assert that cellulite creams do work and well. That with daily application the appearance of their cellulite is significantly diminished.
Guess one could sum that up by saying users of cellulite creams swear by them.
What the Experts Say
Then there's what the experts have to say. Experts will tell you that creams can not possibly work. Claiming there is no way the active ingredients in the creams can reach the affected areas well enough as a topical application to have any real impact on the appearance of one's cellulite.
In this face-off who's right? Dunno.
If you want, you might try the creams for yourself to see what results you get. Stick with the one you pick to try first for like two weeks. If you don't see the expected results try another brand of cellulite contouring cream that uses different ingredients. This might require trying a number of different formulations until you find one that works for you.
Also, asking friends which ones work for them can short cut the process and point you to those that are likely to work - faster.
Yet since these creams generally run about $15-$20 it won't cost you a lot to experiment.
Just don't go out to Sams Club and buy a years supply of any brand until it's proven it's worth. Not matter what any cellulite cream reviews you might read advise.
