Stand in front of the chair like you're going to sit down. Bend down and place your hands on the seat of the chair. Dip down further until the small of your back touches the front of the seat. Straighten up your arms.

I think of this as a backwards push up. With my arms behind my body rather than under it.

Do 10 to 15. I do three sets of 70 of these to keep that common problem area firmed up.
