She went on, "As far as excercises to tone stomach muscles I like any of the varieties of reverse crunches." Like this one: • Lie on the floor on your back face-up. Keep your hands at your sides for balance. • Start with your feet flat on the floor and your thighs perpendicular to it. • Using your abs lift your hips and butt off the floor. • Slowly draw your bent knees into your chest. • Return, stopping just short of touching the floor and repeat. Nesser concluded that the time after your ab workout is the time for cardio. "I find cardio somewhat mindless. So can easily do it after I've gotten my excercises to tighten stomach flab in."
