Sounds to me like you may be barking up the wrong tree.
That's right. Guess it falls to me to report that there are no magic exercises to lose weight quickly. No matter how desperate you may be. But that's not to say that exercise won't help you lose weight.

Besides quick weight loss is not a safe weight loss. That's because shooting to lose more than 2 pounds a week, and doing what it might take to achieve that (fad diets and all), results in precious muscle loss too. Which isn't exactly healthy either.
Remember too, the pounds you gained did not appear overnight. It took months, if not years, for you to gain them. So why should losing those pounds be different?

So by building muscles you increase your basal metabolic rate - which is a fancy way of saying you are actually burning more calories when your bod's doing nothing too. So add weights to your workouts to get those toned (not body builder like) muscles.
