Simply lie with your back draped over the stability ball your eyes glued on the ceiling. In essence the area from the small of your back to your upper back is supported by the ball. Support your head using your fingertips. Your feet flat on the floor.

Then roll the ball UP your back while lowering your butt almost to, yet not quite touching the floor. Bend your knees to a squat. Hold it. Great! Roll back to your starting position.

You'll feel it tone the thighs. This is a great way to slim the thigh area. Both your inner and outer hips area. While toning your rear end to boot.
