Target Those Love Handles 1-2-3
One: Lie flat on your back - arms at your side. Breathing steadily, point your arms straight out in front of you. Lift both your upper body and knees at the same time.
Two: Lift you torso to a 45 degree angle and your knees to 90. Hold it.
Thre: Next twist your upper body to the left, while straightening your left arm hit the floor gently. Repeat by doing the same with your right arm. 10 reps should do it.
