What You Should Know About Effective Cellulite Reduction

Lindsay Pilch knows a thing or two about fighting cellulite. The 36 year old medical sales rep learned long ago a cellulite free life only happens in the movies.


"From what I've learned there is no one ideal solution here. Yes there are various steps you can take. But alas there is no one best way to fight cellulite. No magic chant you can repeat endlessly to cleanse your body of those fat deposits. But that's still not to say there aren't steps to take.

"For one you want to stop smoking or don't start," Lindsay advised. "I work with some oncologists so know all the serious health downsides. But it's also felt by some medical professionals that smoking contributes to the break down of collagen. Which is firming tissue. The loss of firming tissue can only make whatever accumulated cellulite you've got worse.

"Then exercise is certainly a smart option," she continued, "cellulite or not. In my opinion you want to focus on targeted exercises that shape and tone your bottom and thighs plus do aerobics. That's because aerobics will burn calories and draw down the fat. And anything you can do to eliminate or use up fat can't help but help."

"Eating healthy is another good idea. Since a healthy diet can help you keep the pounds off. Look, if you just drive past the Golden Arches and avoid fast fast food period you'll come out ahead all the way around."

The red head went on to say, "For temporary relief you can slather on a cream. The caffeine found in most effective cellulite creams acts as a skin tightener. Just don't expect miracles. Even if you bother to massage the cream in to reduce the swelling of the cellulite you're packing."
