"Once you've started to tighten up your abs I'd recommend doing excercises to tone stomach like 3-4 times a week. Work 'em hard but give your abdominals time to recover. I feel this makes them leaner or 'harder' looking."

"How many reps when doing excercises for abs depends on what type of stunning tummy you want. Do sets of 15-25 for definition and endurance. Or more than 25 reps if you are going for a buff toned appearance without much size."

"Important. Don't rest between reps. The idea is to keep your abs under constant stress."
