Free Abdominal Workouts Reveal How To Get Tighter Abs By Exercising
A Tight Tummy Exercise To Help Lose Tummy Fat
Does a pair of pair of slightly-too-tight jeans have you wishing for a tight tummy? So was Tracie.

Now when she moves to the lower ab excercises part of her workout routine, she dials in some fast paced salsa tunes. It's a little trick she uses to keep pushing through her somewhat rigorous lower abdominal workout. Since exercising her lower abs is part of her effort to firm and tone that midsection of hers.
Tracie isn't alone. More and more are looking for abdominal workouts advice. Especially for lower abs. Looking at excersises for stomach fat as a good way to help loose belly fat fast. Maybe just as beach season arrives.

How About Three Free Abdominal Workouts With Attitude?
So - get down on the floor.
Lie on your back. Bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor. Suck your belly in towards your spin. While doing that lift one leg and extend it so it's loving straight out just off the floor. Draw your leg back in without letting it touch the floor. Repeat 10-15 times each leg. The slower the better.
Next - let's do some reverse crunches.
Again start out flat on the floor on your back, knees bent at a 90-degree angle, legs together. With your hands by your sides (or, if you're a lower abs exercise pro, behind your head). Your feet should be a few inches off the floor. Use only your abdominals to pull your hips up and into your chest. Don't forget to exhale as your abs contract and inhale when returning back to starting position.
If you do it right, using nothing but your lower abs to lift your legs and rear end, this one nicely works and targets the lower abs.
Want a variation? Start off in the sitting position, arms behind you for support, back angled at 45 degrees with the floor. Lift and bend your knees into your chest. Go until your thighs are at a 90 degree angle to the floor.
What you've got is really a small movement. Designed to work out your lower ab muscles only. The objective is NOT to touch your knees to your forehead. Or anything like that.
Like Tracie, you have to work to get results. You have to put the effort into exercising. There's no quick fix for a flatter tummy or for getting into those slightly snug jeans. But stick with workouts to build ab muscles like these and you'll get there.
