Focus on Abs: Proven Ways To Workout At Home

One of the best ways to workout at home is to get into some free fast ab workouts.


Reason being it's a sure fire way to get awesome abdominals!

And the movements involved in an abdominal workout for women themselves don't take a lot of room. So you can sneak in a workout session and no one need know almost.

Some days this girl Friday for a local realtor focuses on her exercise ball workout routines.

Other days she sticks to the floor - almost literally. Doing such home exercises to flatten stomach as the so called trunk curl in reverse.

• Lie facing up on the floor with your hands next to your hips.
• Curl your knees up to your chest keeping your upper body flat on the floor.
• From here and using your hands to balance, slowly lift and roll your hips up off the floor.
• Hold the raised position for a count of thousand one, thousand two thousand three.
• Lower back down to starting position.

Shoot for 10-15 reps.

That's a great one to include in any exercise routines for women. Just to add variety and keep them fresh.

Kelch's Tip: "When doing any kind of crunch you want
to remember you can reach a full abs muscle contraction
by lifting only a third of the way up. At that point tighten
and hold the crunch for three or four seconds. This
approach wears out your abs out fairly quickly."
