• All you do is lie on the floor on your back. • Spread your arms a bit for balance. • Lift your legs from the waist until they are just about perpendicular to the ground. At that point lift your hips and glutes. Thrusting your legs into the sky. • See yourself touching the ceiling with your toes. • Then lower your hips - keeping your legs up. Repeat to the point of fatigue. "Keep in mind," Maggie added, "that your abs are some of the strongest muscles in your bod. To have an impact you almost have to work them to the point of overwork. That would be what jocks call the burn!" So zero in on your lower ab workouts if you want a minimal, not maximal, belly.
