In fact resistance bands offer a good way for fitness fans of all ages to keep fit safely. For that reason let me share some free instructions for resistance bands exercise routines. |
• Step sideways to the left with your left foot/legThese movements work out your lower body including the upper hips and those hard-to-work inner thighs.
• As you do, bend into a quarter squat to workout the thighs
• Slide the right leg over pairing up your feet and straighten up
• Stretch in place by repeating to the right - then back to the left
• Repeat five times in each direction.
