For that reason let me share some free instructions for resistance bands exercise routines.

Remember, regardless of the equipment or where you work out, it's always smart to warm up. Do not go from 0 to 60 without first getting the blood moving. To that end here is a 1-minute cardio warm-up enhanced by adding resistance.

Yep, a good warm up is to march in place. By lifting your knees high you get the heart pumping right away. And like I said you can amplify the affect by tying a resistance tube to each foot. Using resistance adds to the intensity of your warm up as you pump up your knees.

From marching in place you can slide directly into side stepping. Here's how.

Move the training bands from your feet to your ankles. In this case you're using them like a huge rubber band.
• Step sideways to the left with your left foot/leg
• As you do, bend into a quarter squat to workout the thighs
• Slide the right leg over pairing up your feet and straighten up
• Stretch in place by repeating to the right - then back to the left
• Repeat five times in each direction.
These movements work out your lower body including the upper hips and those hard-to-work inner thighs.
