Free Abdominal Workouts That Get Rid of That Fat Belly

Nobody has to tell Sherry Martin, a perky mother of twins, the importance of a solid ab workout. She knows all too well that doing tummy toning exercises produces a sexy midriff.


Like most new moms, right after the twins were born, her wardrobe - if you can call it that - consisted of baggy outfits with elasticated waistbands.

But after awhile she decided enough was enough. It was time to get rid of her fat belly, ditch the stretchy sweats and get her figure back. Time to lose that baby belly fat.


To do she turned to some free abdominal workouts like the torso twist. It's one of the better target tummy exercises you can do. Especially if you're also looking for love handles excercises too.

Here's the routine.
Lie with your knees bent, back flat on the floor, feet about hip-width apart.

With your hands by your head exhale slowly while lifting your head… then your shoulders off the floor. Inhale.

Tightening your tummy, twist the upper part of your body to the right while at the same time bringing your right knee up. Then lower your right leg, as you untwist and repeat to the left side.

Lower and exhale. Repeat for five repetitions.
Do this right and you'll be convinced this might be one of the best exercises for tummy tightening. Which can give you a body you can be proud of again.
